Sources Sought Notice responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Additionally, the Government reserves the right to revise the Performance Work Statement, Statement of Work and/or other contract requirements before the release of any associated solicitation. This notice is not a Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Quotes (RFQ). Information provided in this notice is subject to change prior to release of a solicitation.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 6 is conducting market research to identify potential sources for electrical power distribution system services including; inspections, repairs, testing, cleaning, calibrations, and adjustments, on the electrical power distribution system and associated equipment. The Fayetteville VA Medical Center is looking for electrical power distribution a vendor who is able provide the above-mentioned services for the Fayetteville VA Medical Center located in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Forward all questions to the Contracting Specialist identified below.

Based on the market research results the VA anticipates issuing a solicitation in the future for these services. Should a solicitation for this requirement to be posted it would be posted in the System for Awards Management System (SAMS). The solicitation would be available for download from http://www.sam.gov. Interested offeror(s) will be responsible for downloading copies of the solicitation when posted (and any subsequent amendments) from that website, and no hard copies are available. The solicitation, if posted will provide instructions to contractors about the quote submission process.
Responses to this Sources Sought Notice should include the following information; name and address of company, business size (large or small):identify whether or not firm falls into any of the following socioeconomic categories-8(a), HUBZone, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business, Veteran Owned Small Business; provide a brief description of qualifications and any other pertinent information which demonstrates the ability to meet the above requirement.
The VA will determine based on the market research if a solicitation is warranted.
