Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs, W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center (VAMC), located at 1601 Brenner Avenue, Salisbury, NC 28144 will be soliciting offers for Electrical Training and Systems Updates. The contractor shall provide onsite training, testing and system updates medium voltage (12,470) switches and HMI system. A request for quote (RFQ) 36C24623Q1035 will be issued on or about August 14th, 2023.
The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is 1 September 2023 (or date of award) through 29 February 2024. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 221122 Electric Power Distribution with a Business Size Standard of 1100 Employees. The solicitation will be issued as unrestricted. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Contract Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
