NIH has a need for a contractor to provide all material and services required to upgrade the current Johnson Controls METASYS building automation systems (BAS) to the BACnet MS/TP protocol including installation of conduit and wiring.
Contractor shall provide skilled and certified Johnson Control Technicians due to the proprietary software and hardware. The existing Johnson Control BAS and equipment are specialized, and a uniquely qualified and trained contractor is required to provide the necessary installation and checkout services while maintaining building system operation. Newly installed equipment as part of this project must be compatible with the existing system. Therefore, the contractor will need to be able to demonstrate they meet all certification requirements for Johnson Controls.
