Veterans Affairs Seeking Medical Space
The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 10,000 usable square feet of medical office space in the greater Jacksonville, North Carolina delineated area. The space must be handicap accessible in according with the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (4 CFR 101-19.6, App A) and ready for occupancy immediately. On-site parking for 100 vehicles is required, specifically for VA usage. The VA requires a full-service lease for a five (5) year firm term.
All proposed space must be within the following delineated area:
The delineated area expands from the following:
SE to SW from Intersection of Western Blvd and State Route 24 to intersection of State route 24 and interstate 17.

SE to NE: Intersection of Interstate 24 and Western Blvd to Intersection of Western Blvd and Country Club Road, to the Intersection of Country Club Road and Piney Green Road
NE to NW: Intersection of Country Club Road and Piney Green Road to the NINW end of Henderson Drive and the open land just NE of Western Blvd and Interstate 17.

SW to NW: Intersection of Lejeune Blvd and Interstate 17 encompassing Henderson Drive to Intersection of Henderson Drive and Western Blvd.

Interested offerors must contact Contract Officer Barry Butler via E-Mail at Barry.Butler2@va.gov. Interested offerors must submit the address, property description, available square footage, and photographs. Also, a map or proof that the proposed property is within the delineated area is required. Contact is required by 12:00 EST on 02/06/2023.
The Government is limited by law (40 USC 278a, as Amended 10-1-81) to pay no more than the appraised fair rental value for space.
