USDA Forest Service, National Forests in North Carolina, Cheoah Ranger District has a need for Recreation Site Janitorial and Mowing Services. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, management, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial, trash collection, landscaping, mowing and weed trimming services for the Cheoah Ranger District Recreation Areas.

It is our intent to award a single BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) that will be a BPA base year (2023) and four (4) BPA Option Periods.

There will be no pre-bid site visit.

100% Small Business set aside.

Vendor must be actively registered in SAM.gov on Solicitation Due date to be considered for award.

The period of performance will consist of a Base BPA Period of 12 months and four (4) BPA option periods.

Period of Performance:

Base BPA Period: 3/16/23 – 3/15/24

BPA Option Period 1: 3/16/24 – 3/15/25

BPA Option Period 2: 3/16/25 – 3/15/26

BPA Option Period 3: 3/16/26 – 3/15/27

BPA Option Period 4: 3/16/27 – 3/15/28
