The Salisbury VA Health Care System (W.G. Hefner Medical Center, Kernersville VA Clinic and Charlotte VA Clinic HCC) has a requirement for monthly Sterile Processing Water Testing. The contractor shall provide and deliver Water Testing Kits within the first seven (7) calendar days of every month required to collect, package, ship, and test samples to its laboratory to perform testing. The facility is responsible for collecting the required samples and ship in its appropriate shipping kit. Contractor must complete testing and provide results to the facility.
Testing supplies must be delivered to the Salisbury W. G. Hefner Medical Center, 1601 Brenner Ave. Salisbury, NC 28144 for coordination and distribution to Kernersville VA Clinic, 1695 Kernersville Medical Pkwy, Kernersville, NC 27284, and Charlotte VA Clinic HCC, 3506 W Tyvola Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208.
Testing Supplies are as listed: Vials for sample collection for RO/DI water testing with preservative for Bacterial and endotoxin studies per point of use, bottles for the testing of pH, conductivity, hardness, and chlorine per point of use, packaging for return of the samples that meets the requirements for temperature control (ice pack) of the samples 1 per facility, requisition/request sheet for invoicing 1 per facility.
Delivery of these testing supplies will need to the within the first 7 calendar days of every month to allow for sufficient time to coordinate collection of the samples for that month s testing.
