Small batch sheller

Small batch sheller, this machine will remove the seed (corn kernels) from the cobs quickly and efficiently and will be able to handle either single (individual) ears or bulks consisting of mutliple ears

• Little to no seed damage and can be used for all ear sizes ranging from small, inbred ears to larger hybrid ears. Must be quickly adjustable for fast change over between varieties. Multiple settings required to allow for finer adjustment for multiple ear sizes


• Maximum 20 second cycle time for bulk sample (i.e., 10-15 ears)


• Maximum 5 second cycle time for single ears


• Thorough clean-out capability with no carry over between samples


• Design should allow us to easily add seed transfer to grading equipment


• Viewing windows are desired for each side of the machine to inspect for cleanout between varieties


• Should be easy to maintain and service, with all components available to be purchased from local vendor(s).
