Invitation to Bid - Streetscapes Electric Infrastructure
Sealed bids will be received until 10:00 a.m. April 20, 2023, in the Purchasing Department at the City of
Newton. At that time and place, all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the purchase of streetscapes electric infrastructure.
Once the bids are opened, the City will evaluate them using the criteria set forth in the Invitation for Bid . Following the evaluation, an award will be made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder. The City reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any and all bids.
Streetscapes electric infrastructure specifications and quantities for bid may be viewed in the Invitation for Bid.
