Town of Apex is accepting seal bids for 27kv Outdoor Substation Circuit Breaker. Bids will be received until Friday March 22, 2024 10:00am EST and will be open immediately thereafter and read publicly at Apex Public Works, Purchasing & Inventory office located at 105-C Upchurch St Apex, NC 27502.

Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Town of Apex, 105 Upchurch St Apex, NC 27502, Attn: Steve Maynard. The outside of envelope must be marked "For Bid Opening March 22, 2024 for 27kv Outdoor Substation Circuit Breaker"

No other bids will be accepted after closing time.

The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
