Pursuant to NC General Statute 143-129, sealed bids will be received by the Town of Apex for the furnishing of all materials and construction of the Apex Community Park Street Hockey Rink.
Sealed bids should be submitted by hand, FedEx or UPS to the attention of Angela Reincke, Town of Apex Community Center, 53 Hunter Street, Apex, NC 27502 and marked “APEX COMMUNITY PARK STREET HOCKEY”.
