Pursuant to NC General Statutes 143-129, The Town of Apex is accepting sealed bids for the following: 10 each K8A7 Ford Police Interceptor Utility AWD.

Sealed proposals will be received until 3pm on Monday, May 25, 2024 and opened immediately thereafter and publicly read at Apex Purchasing Department,105 Upchurch St., Apex, North Carolina 27502, in Purchasing Manager Steve Maynard’s office.

Sealed bids should be submitted to the Town of Apex, 105 Upchurch St., Apex, North Carolina 27502, Attn: Steve Maynard and marked “Police Interceptor”. Do not open until Monday, May 25th 3pm.”
