The Town of Apex, North Carolina, is seeking the services of a qualified engineering or architectural firm, or team of firms, to provide professional engineering and/or architectural services to update the current West Street Park Master Plan and provide construction administration services upon Plan completion. The park is 1.4 acres and located within the Justice Heights community bordered by West Street and First Street near downtown Apex.
