The Town of Apex is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional services related to the installation of town wide wayfinding and monumental signage. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) from architectural and/or engineering firms qualified and interested in the project. The Town of Apex plans to select a firm to develop the design and construction documents, budget, perform bid services, and construction administration for complete installation of town wide wayfinding signage. Design standards for signage were previously completed by Merje and need to be site adapted to suitable locations with consideration given to utilities, footings, easements, permits, ROWs, lighting, etc.

Interested firms must submit four (4) written and bound responses and one electronic PDF copy by 12:00 PM EST on April 18, 2024. The electronic PDF copy should be submitted on a single USB drive with the bound copies.
