The Town of Apex (Town) is seeking Statements of Qualification from qualified firms to perform a comprehensive assessment of the Town’s municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) to determine and prioritize Capital Improvement needs.
Interested firms are invited to submit sealed statements for consideration no later than 12:00 PM on December 2, 2022 to the Water Resources Administration Building at 105-B Upchurch St., Apex NC 27502, sent to the attention of Jessica Bolin, Stormwater Engineering Manager. Late submittals will not be accepted.

The SOQ must be submitted in both hardcopy and electronic format no later than 12:00 PM on December 2, 2022. It is the sole responsibility of the consultant to ensure that the SOQ is received by the established deadline and at the proper location.
Hardcopy Submittal: Three (3) hardcopies of the SOQ shall be enclosed in a sealed package, addressed to the Town of Apex, and delivered to 105-B Upchurch Street (Water Resources Administration Building) to the attention of Jessica Bolin, Stormwater Engineering Manager. The name and address of the submitting firm, RFQ Number (SE2201) and the RFQ Title (Stormwater System Condition Assessment) shall be clearly visible on the outside of the package.
Electronic Submittal: The SOQ must be submitted electronically (.pdf format) via the Town’s BidNet portal. Visit https://www.bidnetdirect.com (ref. # SE2201) to view additional project requirements and to upload the SOQ. Please note that additional information and amendments to this RFQ will be posted to BidNet. It is the responsibility of the respondent to monitor the site accordingly.
