Sealed proposals will be received until 2:00 pm on Thursday September 22nd, 2023 and opened immediately thereafter and publicly read at Apex Public Works, Purchasing and Inventory building, 105-C Upchurch St., Apex, North Carolina 27502, in the purchasing office.
