Sealed Bids for the construction of the Dogwood Ridge Stream Stabilization will be received by The Town of Apex, at 105-B Upchurch Street, Apex, North Carolina, until 2:00pm local time on December 19th , at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of constructing 340 LF of stream and replacement of 95 LF of 8” sanitary sewer.

2022 – 2:00pm.” All bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond and shall be subject to the conditions
provided in the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit with their Bids affidavits of “Good Faith
Efforts” in the recruitment of Minority Businesses.
