The Town of Carrboro is seeking qualifications from interested Design-Build firms to provide design and construction services for removal of existing underground fuel storage tanks and installation of two aboveground fuel storage tanks in the yard at Carrboro Public Works, 100 Public Works Dr.

Qualifications proposals are to be submitted by mail or drop off by December 7th at 3:00 PM at 301 W. Main St. Instructions for submitting qualifications, including how to submit questions and how to respond to the RFQ, may be obtained in the attached RFQ

The project is being financed with federal ARPA funds and will be subject to federal regulations as described in the RFQ. Firms are not being asked to submit a schedule of costs. A contract will be negotiated as a future step. The Town of Carrboro reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
