Pursuant to Section 143-131 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for the Town of Chapel Hill Transit Facility Improvement (the “Project) to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill, N.C., will be received by Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, at the Town Hall, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, N.C., until April 25 ^th at 2:00 PM.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, April 11 ^th at 3:00 PM in the Operations Training Room at the Howard & Lillian Lee Transit Center, 6900 Millhouse Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. All potential bidders are hereby notified that attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bids to be considered by the Town of Chapel Hill; failure to attend will disqualify bid.

The Project Manager for this project is Katy Fontaine, Project Manager, Chapel Hill Transit, Town of Chapel Hill. All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at kfontaine@townofchapelhill.org by 5:00pm on April 14th, 2023. All responses to timely submitted requests for interpretations will be emailed to the pre-bid meeting attendees in the form of an addendum on April 18th by End of Day.
