Updated 08/30/2023: The bid submission date has been extended to Tuesday, September 11, 2023, by 2:00 p.m.

Pursuant to Section 143-131 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, proposals for Concrete Work at the Howard and Lillian Lee Transit Center (the “Project) to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill, N.C. will be received electronically by Zakia Alam at zalam@townofchapelhill.org until August 30 th at 2:00 pm.

A mandatory pre-bid conference/facility tour will be held on August 23th at 11:30 am in the 2 nd Floor Conference Room at the Howard & Lillian Lee Transit Center, 6900 Millhouse Rd, Chapel Hill, NC 27516. All potential bidders are hereby notified that attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bids to be considered by the Town of Chapel Hill; failure to attend will disqualify the bid.

The Project Manager for this project is Katy Fontaine, Project Manager, Chapel Hill Transit, Town of Chapel Hill. All requests for interpretations related to this RFB must be submitted in writing to the Project Manager at kfontaine@townofchapelhill.org by 5:00 pm on August 24th. All responses to timely submitted requests for interpretations will be emailed to the pre-bid meeting attendees in the form of an addendum on August 25, 2023 by 5:00 pm.
