The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting proposals from qualified firms regarding a telephone system refresh project. The Town of Chapel Hill currently subscribes to a Cisco based VoIP Unified Communications (UC) Service hosted by a third party. The Town is looking for a cloud-hosted UC system that enables the end users to configure their phone systems to their needs, either on site or working remote, with minimal support from the Technology Solutions Department.

Responses to questions received will be published in the form of an addendum on the Town website at www.townofchapelhill.org under Bid Notices and the name of this project on March 29, 2023.

The Town of Chapel Hill reserves the right to reject any and all proposals for any reason or no reason and to accept the proposal most favorable to the Town of Chapel Hill.

Costs incurred by firms responding to this RFP are solely their responsibility.
