The Town of Chapel Hill is soliciting bids for Janitorial Services at Public Works and the Post Office/Court House Facilities.

If you are interested in bidding on this project, you must attend the Mandatory Pre-bid Meeting held on May 8, 2023 at 1:00 PM in the large break room of Public Works Operations Building #2, 6830 Millhouse Road. Chapel Hill, NC 27516, to review the bid package and specifications. Attendance at this meeting is MANDATORY if you wish to submit a bid. A tour of the Public Works campus and the Post Office/Courthouse building will follow the meeting. All potential bidders are hereby notified that attendance at the mandatory pre-bid conference is required for bids to be considered by the Town of Chapel Hill; failure to attend will disqualify the bid.

Bids are due by 12:00 P.M.(Noon) on May 19th, 2023 Please email proposals to Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, at zalam@townofchapelhill.org .

Questions concerning this Bid Notice must be submitted in writing no later than 3:00 P.M. on May 10, 2023 to Mack Howell via e-mail at mhowell@townofchapelhill.org Responses to questions received will be emailed to the pre-bid meeting attendees as an addendum on May 15, 2023.
