• Request for Proposals: Whispering Pines Long Side Water Tap Installation (PDF)

Brunswick County Public Utilities is soliciting informal bids for the installation of long side taps. Brunswick County may negotiate and refine the final Scope of Work with the selected contractor. Brunswick County reserves the right to negotiate additional services with the selected contractor at any time after the initial contract award.

Contractors must have proper licenses as required under state laws governing their respective trades. Brunswick County will observe Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes when awarding contracts.  Contractors must provide proof of licensure with the submitted bid.

Contractors must provide a Certificate of Insurance with the submitted bid as evidence that they meet the County’s Minimum Insurance Requirements attached hereto.

Contractors agree to enter into and be bound by the terms of a Construction or Repair Agreement in a form acceptable to and provided by Brunswick County.

Award shall be made to the lowest responsive, responsible contractor.

All bids shall be submitted by January 31, 2024 at 4:00pm ET. Please submit bids to Deputy County Manager Haynes Brigman .
