Sealed Bids will be received at 925 N. Main St Lexington, NC 27292 until January 30, 2024 at 2pm EST.
The proposed Work is generally described as follows:
I-85 Corporate Park Future Lot 4 Grading –Remove material stockpiled on the southern end of Egger Parkway, transport the material to a location on the western side of Egger Parkway, and place the material in a manner that will allow future development to occur.
Contractors must be licensed contractors with either “Highway” or “Unclassified” license in the State of North Carolina, prior to being awarded this contract.
An optional pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 PM local time, January 9, 2024 at the Davidson County Support Services Department located at 925 N Main St, Lexington, NC 27292.
The period for ending question shall be January 23, 2024 at noon.
The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Construction Performance Bond and a Construction Payment Bond.
