A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE
For all prospective offerors is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. February 7, 2024 at the Support Services Department. Attendance at this conference is a prerequisite for consideration of an offeror's proposal. Copies of the bid package will be available at the pre-bid conference. Prospective offerors are encouraged to submit written questions in advance. Address is listed above. In the event the County is closed due to inclement weather, this meeting will take place on the next business day.
It is the offeror's responsibility to assure that all addenda have been reviewed.
The Davidson County, NC is seeking pest control services for insect, termite, bedbugs and rodent control (inside & outside of buildings) at various County locations as described herein.
1.2 Any and all additional needed services will be requested with the “Scope Change Authorization Form” attached. All pricing for additional services shall be priced using costs listed here on your response and only applies to areas being treated.

To clarify, sf and sq ft are the same thing, square feet.
1.3 This RFP is winner take all, there will be no separate contracts based on the different sections listed here.
1.4 Inside of buildings shall mean all inside areas, office storage rooms, etc.
1.5 Outside of buildings shall mean not less than 18-inches sprayed outside perimeter of the entire building.
