The City of Winston-Salem has established a goal of developing 750 affordable homes and apartments per year for the next ten (10) years. To accomplish this goal, the City will solicit housing developers to build on City-owned property or provide financial incentives to build affordable housing within privately funded developments. To ensure projects are developed according to City objectives and meet all requisite local and state standards, the City is seeking highly qualified professional(s) to perform construction management services for these developments.
