Winston-Salem/ Forsyth County Utilities is contemplating the renovation of the 11,700 square foot Utilities Field Operations building with the possibility of adding an additional 1500 – 3000 square feet connected to the existing structure if necessary. The project will include additional offices, breakroom, restroom capacity, and effective utilization of existing office space either by renovating the original facilities or in the addition. The successful firm will investigate City needs, prepare specifications, prepare construction documents and provide construction administration services during the project.
