The City of Winston-Salem seeks to partner with a consulting firm which can support the City in issuing a formal Request for Proposals in the search for a comprehensive Human Resource Information System, selecting a vendor, and implementing the selected technology. The implementation consultant should be well-versed in industry standard terminology including the convergence of three major functional areas: Human Resources, Finance/Payroll and Information Systems.
