A MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 AM, April 10, 2024, at Winston Lake Golf Course, 3535 Winston Lake Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105. The purpose of this conference is to give interested contractors an opportunity to ride the course and get a better visual of what is needed to remove trees. City staff will be present to answer all questions and concerns from potential proposers.

The City will not consider proposals from contractors not represented at this pre-bid conference. A sign-in sheet will be used to document attendance.
