The selected vendor will serve as a liaison for employees, their families, victims, and other responders at and related to scenes, emergencies, crises, and other traumatic incidents involving the County’s response to events. The selected vendor will provide services to all County employees but managing a close working relationship with public safety and emergency services will be essential for program success. On average the Contractor will experience 550 individual contacts and 170 hours per month. The Contractor is responsible for providing their own equipment, vehicle, computers, and other necessities to perform the job.
