The Division of Social Services is seeking to procure services from private child-placing agencies across North Carolina to provide adoption support services through the Adoption Promotion Program (APP) to ensure timely permanence and well-being of adopted children and their families. The goal of the Adoption Promotion Program (APP) is to enhance and expand adoption programs, to secure permanent homes for children in foster care with special needs who are harder to place, and to encourage partnerships between public and private agencies to achieve permanency for children in a timely manner.
Ariba Discovery Instructions to Vendors INSTRUCTIONS: To submit a response to this Solicitation click the “Respond to Posting” button. Create a new Ariba Network account or log into an existing account. Click “Review Prerequisites” to accept the bidder agreement by selecting “I accept the terms of this agreement.” Then select “OK” to continue the process of submitting a response. Once a response has been successfully submitted, a note at the top will read “You have submitted a response for this event. Thank you for participating.” RESOURCES: Vendor’s responses for this procurement must be submitted using the e-Procurement Sourcing Tool prior to the Solicitation opening deadline.
