This will include the construction of a new elevated storage tank to replace the Town's 2 hydropneumatics tanks: the installation of fire hydrants and main line valves strategically throughout the system to provide fire flow and allow isolation of the system for maintenance. as well as abandonment of two productions wells which will become obsolete with the elevated tank. Contingent upon this award , the town council is soliciting proposals for grant administration services to assist the Town in the administration and management of this project in compliance with all applicable requirements under the NC CDBG-I Program.
