The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to obtain pricing for and select a qualified Vendor to provide janitorial services for the NC Department of Transportation, Division of Highways, Winston-Salem Residential Engineer Construction Office #2. The contract shall consist of an all-inclusive janitorial service and major maintenance including all reasonable and necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to keep the subject State building properly cleaned and supplied.
The purpose of this solicitation is to award an Agency Specific Term Contract. |
