121-121523JA South Campus Bldg. S201 HVAC Replacement Commissioning Services This request for proposals is for commissioning services for the design and construction for this project, which will involve:
1. Replacement of two chillers with a central geothermal chiller system to serve the entire campus (3 buildings).
2. Replacement of the air handling unit in Building S201.
3. Replacing/upgrading HVAC system componentry.
4. Upgrading the Building Automation System.
5. Repaving the parking lot over the geothermal well field.
This will be a replacement of HVAC systems in an occupied facility and will require temporary systems to cool and heat the building. It is anticipated this effort will be led by a Mechanical Engineer with support from other design consultants (Architectural, Civil, etc.), although any firm with the appropriate licensure, qualifications, and experience is encouraged to submit. The scope of work for this selection will include providing commissioning services starting at the beginning of design, construction documents, construction administration, and project close out.
