The Interim MRF construction is a new facility that will operate to receive, handle, and process single stream recyclables during the period when the existing Metrolina MRF processing facility is down for a complete retrofit, being completed as a separate project.
The Interim MRF includes the construction of site improvements and infrastructure, prefabricated metal building installation, recycling processing equipment installation, and other operational support aspects such as mobile office trailers, scales, railroad crossing and signal improvements, and fire suppression equipment. |
