structure to cover the 10 lane pool at the Jimmy C. Draughn Aquatic Center. The Town anticipates a contract that will include scheduling, cost estimation, architectural design, civil site design for utility infrastructure, permitting, specification, bid document preparation and bidding, project administration/inspection to final certification, occupancy, and as built drawings, for the facility. |
