The intent of this solicitation is to award this RFP to a qualified Vendor, to provide the following Online Auction Services for the UPD: (1) provide proposed auction schedule to sell 1,000 lots over the initial three-year term; (2) digitally photograph each Lot at 3200 Atlantic Avenue, Raleigh, NC 27604; (3) create written descriptions for each Lot; (4) submit marketing plan to UPD; (5) Communicate terms and conditions of auction to bidders and notify winning bidder of process required to complete the sales transaction; (6) provide auction platform and reporting functionality to include historical auction data and auction associated reports; (7) remit sales proceeds to UPD.
Vendor’s proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFP and any addenda issued hereto. |
