NEW HANOVER REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NON-EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES DEPARTMENT OF SOCIAL SERVICES & SENIOR RESOURCE CENTER Sealed proposals addressed to Courtney Prince, Purchasing Agent, 230 Government Center Drive, Suite 165, Wilmington, North Carolina 28403 and marked “NON-EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION SERVICES” will be accepted until 5:00 P.M. EST, Thursday, April 11, 2024. Proposals may also be emailed to coprince@nhcgov.com. Please include “Non-Emergency Transportation Services” in the Subject Line of the email. A pre-proposal meeting will be held Thursday, March 14, 2024, from 9:00 – 10:30 AM via Microsoft Teams. Please email coprince@nhcgov.com to receive an invitation to the meeting. All Service Providers who desire to submit their proposal for consideration for this service are invited to attend; however, attendance is not required to submit a proposal. Instructions for submitting proposals and complete requirements and information may be obtained by visiting the County’s website at https://www.nhcgov.com/bids.aspx or at State of North Carolina Interactive Purchasing System site at https://evp.nc.gov/solicitations/.
