A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday,November 15,at 2:00 PM in the Municipal Operations Training Room located at 816 E Green Drive, High Point, NC 27260. City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements.  All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based on a full understanding of project specifications.
