Work under this contract consists of providing personnel, equipment, and materials to overcoating the I-74 1.0 MG elevated Hydropillar Water Tank including surface preparation and coating application to the tank exterior, interior dry, and interior wet of the I-74 1.0 MG elevated Hydropillar Water Tank.

A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday,March 12, 2024,at 11:00 AM at the Ward  Water Treatment Plant located at 121 North Pendleton St, High Point, NC 27260.  City staff will be available to discuss the project and answer pertinent questions including MWBE requirements.  All prospective bidders are urged and cautioned to attend so as to prepare bids based upon a full understanding of project specifications.
