Western Carolina University is soliciting qualifications for Advance Planning design services for the Whitmire Stadium Improvements, new Football Operations Facility, and a new Field Sports Complex as described in the narrative found on the WCU Project Solicitations webpage. (URL above) Proposing firms must submit ONE (1) copy of the Letter of Interest and ONE (1) copy of Standard Form SF330 and 1 digital copy of each. The Letter of Interest should not exceed TEN (10) single-sided pages or FIVE (5) double-sided pages plus the SF330. Digital copy shall be submitted via USB Flash Drive. E-mail and Fax submittals will not be accepted. Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
