| Project Description |
One-Two Sentences
Elizabeth City State University intends to build a new Flight School that will house the entire Department of Aviation and Emergency Management. ECSU also intends to construct up to three (3) hangars at a local airport. One hangar will serve as a maintenance hangar, one as a storage hangar, and one as a storage hangar with briefing rooms and small office spaces. The on-campus flight school will be a top-of-the-line facility that will house an indoor drone space, classrooms and offices, lounge, food services, flight simulator room, and an air traffic control room.
