North Carolina State University is seeking qualification statements from general contractors for improvements to the Women's Basketball Locker Room in Reynolds Coliseum, located on Central Campus. The project scope includes renovating the existing Women's Basketball Locker Room in Reynolds Coliseum. The renovation will consolidate the locker area to enlarge the player's collaboration and interaction lounge. It will also repurpose underutilized coaches' spaces to become player space. To qualify, the contractor must have a general contractor's license in the State of North Carolina as well as applicable bonding requirements. The contractor must show comparable work experience, both in complexity and dollar value and preferably in a university campus environment, to the scope of work outlined above. Prequalification packages will be available after October 23, 2022 from the Project Manager or on the NCSU Ad Website listed above.
