The University of North Carolina at Pembroke (UNCP) is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals to provide complete design and construction administration services. UNCP has initiated a project to upgrade the sewer infrastructure around D.F. Lowry by replacing the outdated terracotta piping system. The project will resolve the persistent repair problems in the area. Firms are requested to assure receipt of proposals at address listed below by 12:00 p.m. on 2023-03-14.
