Annual Service Agreements (for small projects on an as needed basis for a one year period) in the following disciplines: Architectural, Civil Engineering, Environmental (including Asbestos and Mold Abatement), MEP+Fire (including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering), Roofing/Building Envelope Design, Structural Engineering, Topographic Surveying, and Test, Adjust and Balance (TAB). UNCA will choose up to three firms for each discipline. Separate submittals are required if submitting on multiple disciplines.
