One-Two Sentences
An assessment of the conditions will need to be conducted of the exterior walls, windows, and the roof in order to ascertain the scope of repairs required. The renovations for the two buildings should include and not be limited to repairing or replacing flashings, sealants sealing existing brick, and the roof of Memorial Hall.
