Remodel interiors of existing 4755 Sf Type V-b office building (circa 1975) to create 14 offices for psychiatric clinicians to provide tele-remote consulting services for the NC-STeP program. Full design services sought for architectural and interior design, and renovation / reconfiguration of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and IT systems.
