Bids will be received by the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority to include all labor, equipment, and materials for mobilization, drilling, sample collection, well construction, well development, aquifer testing, wellhead completion, site restoration, and demobilization as specified in the Request for Bids until 2:00 pm on April 17, 2023, at Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, North Carolina. This is an informal request for bids and the bids received will not be public until the contract is awarded.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.
