The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority requests proposals to provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to remove accumulated solids, dewater, and replace the existing membrane liner within a single 1.0-acre effluent settling lagoon at the Dixon Water Treatment Plant, 6661 Wilmington Highway, Holly Ridge, NC 28445. Bids will be received until 2:00 pm on NOVEMBER 7, 2023, at the Onslow Water & Sewer Authority, 228 Georgetown Road; Jacksonville, North Carolina.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.
