The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority (hereinafter referred to as “ONWASA”) invites qualified independent auditors (hereinafter referred to as “auditor”) having sufficient governmental accounting and auditing experience in performing an audit in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to submit a proposal. Proposals will be received in the Finance Office of ONWASA at 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville NC 28540 until 2:00 pm January 4, 2023.

ONWASA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities, and to accept any proposal which, in the opinion of ONWASA, appears to be in its best interest. The right is reserved to hold any or all proposals for a period of ninety (90) days from the opening thereof.
