The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority invites qualified independent auditors having sufficient governmental accounting and auditing experience in performing an audit in accordance with the specifications outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) to submit a proposal. Proposals will be received in the Finance Office of Onslow Water and Sewer Authority at 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540 until 2:00 pm January 31, 2023.
